Home Information and Amenities
Welcome to Providence Place Homeowners Association, Inc.! Our community is home to 217 townhomes, located in close proximity to Hartsfield Jackson Airport and downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Since our establishment in the early 2000s, we have been committed to providing our residents with the best possible living experience.
Our monthly Association dues are $350 a month to cover the following covered services, maintenance of our pool and playground, and the day to day operations of the community.
We are managed by Sentry Management and are an Accounting-Only client with them. If you have any financial related questions, please reach out to them by phone at 770-389-6528. Their office Address is 303 Corporate Center Dr. #300A Stockbridge, GA 30281.
Due to Covid, we encourage all homeowners to contact them in advance of stopping by their office as they may have a visitor policy in place.
