With so many things to juggle, we hope you find this page helpful as it will include some of the most common request for current and future homeowners. If additional support is needed, please submit a inquiry below or send us a direct email at provplace.board@gmail.com.

1. Fobs..Fobs...Fobs (All Homeowners)

Providence Place HOA is a Fob only community. Fobs cost $60 per device and each homeowner can have a maximum of 3. If you are a new homeowner, you receive one remote automatically as this was covered at closing. If additional remotes are needed, please make payment via the Homeowners Portal and email over a screenshot to the Board. If you are unable to log into the portal to make a payment, please email the Board directly.

2. Insurance (All Homeowners)

Providence Place has an insurance policy that covers the common areas only. All homeowners are responsible for ensuring that their policy has enough coverage to cover their unit and the interior of the unit as well. If you need a copy of the Certificate of Insurance (COI), please reach out to Sentry Management directly.

3. New Owner Orientation (New Homeowners)

Once Sentry Management confirms that the property records have been updated, we will have our Community Administrator reach out to you to schedule a New Owner Orientation. Orientation last anyway between 5-10 minutes. During Orientation, you will receive a copy of the gate fob that you paid for at closing and receive your. mailbox number.

If you need to change your mailbox key, or you did not receive one at closing, you have the option to pay $35 via the portal and our administrator will change it, or you can hire a locksmith.

4. Services Provided (All Homeowners)

Services that are covered by your HOA dues include the following: Water, Termite Bond, Roof Repairs, Landscaping, and Waste Services are the most common. For a complete list of what is Homeowner & Board Responsibility, please reference Article 5.1 & 5.2 of the Covenants.

5. Contact (All Homeowners)

Providence Place has secured Silverleaf Management as our Management Company; however, we are only an ACCOUNTING ONLY client with them. This means that all financial matters, with the exception of fine disputes or late fee waivers, are handled by them, and all other request are handled in house by the Board of Directors.

6. Rental (All Homeowners)

Providence Place has entered into an agreement with Rental Monitoring Solutions to manage the rental process for Providence Place. We are at our 25% capacity and have been for years. More Information regarding the process and how it impacts current approved Open Leasing Status homeowners will be released at a later date.

Payments

Effective April 1, 2024, all homeowners Assessment should be made directly to Silverleaf Management. Any payments made to Sentry Management after April 1, 2024 should be canceled, if they have not already cleared, and replaced.
